Used or new smartphone: how to choose

A used smartphone usually costs less, but its condition varies from one device to another. A new device gives more certainty about the battery and wear. Tell us your budget and how you use it: we point you to what suits.

Choosing your used smartphone and PC well

Start with how you use it. Calls, messages, photos, games, work or study: an entry-level smartphone is enough for most everyday uses, whereas a laptop used for video editing needs more memory and a better processor. Tell us what you do day to day, and we will point you to a suitable device rather than the most expensive one.

For a PC, look at the drive and the memory. A PC with an SSD starts and opens its software much faster than a PC with a classic hard drive. 8 GB of memory or more helps when you open several tabs and programs at the same time. If you like a used PC but it lacks memory, a hardware upgrade is sometimes possible.

After the purchase, we can help. We do theinstallation and setup of your new device, including the transfer of your files. And if your device ever breaks down, it is repaired in the workshop, in the same shop, in Schaerbeek.

Think about your data. Before changing smartphone or PC, back up your photos and files. If an old device contains files you can no longer open, data recovery is sometimes possible. We tell you honestly what can be done before you spend anything.

It changes regularly. Message us on WhatsApp and tell us what you are looking for, and we will tell you what is available.

Yes. You can come to the shop, see the device and ask your questions about its condition.

No. We sell devices, we do not buy phones.

Monday to Thursday and Saturday, from 12:00 to 19:00. Closed on Friday, Sunday and public holidays.

Yes. On used devices, we give a warranty of 3 months to 1 year for smartphones and 6 months to 1 year for PCs, depending on the device. The exact period is given to you at purchase. Our repairs are also guaranteed.

Our smartphones start from 60 €. The price depends on the model, the brand and the condition of the device.
