Before you come to the workshop: what to know

To make the diagnosis quick, bring the computer with its charger. Note the exact model if you know it and what slows you down most day to day. These details help us pinpoint the fault right from the start.

If possible, make a copy of your important files before you come. If the current drive shows signs of failure (noises, errors), tell us: the data must then be copied first.
