Before you come to the workshop: what to know
To make the diagnosis quick, bring the iPhone with its case removed. Note whether the camera is blurry, black or cracked, and whether the back glass is simply cracked or completely broken. These details help us pinpoint the fault right from the start.
Broken glass can injure and let moisture in. If shards come loose, cover the back of the device with clear tape until you come to the workshop.
