Before you come to the workshop: what to know
For a quick diagnosis, bring the PC with its charger or cable. Note which programs lag, whether the slowness came suddenly or gradually, and how old the computer is. These details help us target the fault from the start.
If possible, make a copy of your important files before you come. If a drive change is considered, we can transfer your data to the new medium.
