Free repair diagnosis in Brussels: what we check
On this page
- Desktops and laptops : start-up, screen, charging, drive, overheating, slowness.
- Mac and MacBook : charging, black screen, battery, spilled liquid.
- iPhone, Samsung and other smartphones : screen, battery, charging port, camera, water damage.
- LED and QLED TVs : by appointment, under the conditions below.
The free diagnosis we offer in Brussels has a single purpose: to find out what is wrong before you decide. We test the device, identify the part or component at fault, and tell you whether a repair is possible, worthwhile and reasonable.
If the fault is beyond what we can repair, we tell you plainly. You leave with an honest answer, without paying for the diagnosis.
How the price is confirmed
- You bring the device to our shop, or you message us on WhatsApp first with a photo or a description of the fault.
- We run the diagnosis and identify the cause.
- We tell you what is wrong and what the repair costs.
- You decide: you accept, or you take your device back.
- If you accept, we repair it, test it and let you know.
No repair is started without your approval. That is the rule of our free diagnosis in Brussels: it commits you to nothing. Our repair prices give a guide, but the exact price depends on the model, the part and the fault.
What the diagnosis does not cover
To save you time, here are our limits. We do not repair printers and we do not accept devices by post: drop-off is at the shop in Schaerbeek.
For TVs, we mainly repair LED and QLED models, by appointment, up to 65 inches. We do not accept OLED TVs, broken panels or screens, TVs that have already been taken apart, or electronic boards dropped off without the TV. Details are on the page TV repair in Brussels.
Before you come to the workshop: what to know
To keep the free diagnosis quick, bring the device with its charger and, if possible, the unlock code. Note when the fault started and what happened beforehand: a drop, liquid, an update, a power cut.
If your files matter, tell us from the start: we then avoid any risky handling. For your data, see also our page on data recovery.
The rules on drop-off, turnaround and warranty are set out in our drop-off and warranty conditions. You can also contact us before you come.
