What to prepare before you come
- Bring both phones, with their chargers.
- Note the unlock codes and the login details of your accounts (Apple, Google, Samsung).
- If possible, make a recent backup of the old phone.
- Remember to note the banking and authentication apps that require reactivation.
Do not part with the old phone until you have checked that everything is on the new one.

Before you come to the workshop: what to know
For a quick diagnosis, bring both phones, with their cables. Note the type of switch (iPhone to Android, Samsung to iPhone…) and what matters most to you. These details help us target the fault from the start.
If you have forgotten a login, tell us beforehand: some accounts can be recovered, others take more time.
Can’t come right away? Write to us on WhatsApp with a photo and a short description: we tell you whether it is worth coming in. The diagnosis remains free and carries no obligation, and the price is confirmed before any repair.
